Below is a list of services we do not provide, along with guidance on what to do if you’re unsure whether your visit is appropriate.
Emergency & High‑Risk Conditions
These require immediate or higher‑level care.
Car accident injury evaluations
Motor vehicle accident injuries should be evaluated in the emergency room.Chest pain or heart attack symptoms
Chest pain requires immediate emergency care.Difficulty breathing or severe allergic reactions
These symptoms require urgent evaluation in the emergency room.Emergency, trauma, or violent injury care
Severe injuries, including falls, trauma, or gunshot wounds, require ER care.
Controlled Substances & Substance Use Treatment
Our practice does not manage long‑term controlled medications or addiction treatment.
Chronic pain management with controlled substances
We do not manage long‑term controlled substances for chronic pain.Narcotic or controlled‑substance mental health management
Controlled‑substance mental health management is available in Florida only as of September 10, 2024.Medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorder
We do not provide treatment for substance use disorders.
Administrative, Legal, & Employment‑Related Services
These services fall outside the scope of our practice.
Disability, FMLA, or work‑capacity evaluations

Specialty, Surgical, & Prenatal Care
We provide primary care only and do not offer specialty or surgical care.

Specialty care (e.g., cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology) should be scheduled directly with your specialist.Pre‑operative clearance for high‑risk surgeries or cosmetic procedures.

Physicals, Vaccines, & Telehealth Limitations
Sports or surgical physicals requiring ECG or cardiac clearance
